We ship to virtually all addresses in India .We leverage facilities of some of the best courirer services in Nehru Place to get these products delivered to you in committed time but for any delay in delivery caused due to some disfunctioning in courier services , we'll appreciate your patience.We'll always be ready to resolve your complaints in the best possible way and you'll be notified of any delay in advance.You encourage you to always check status of your purchase and delivery of the product.Shipping period may differ depending on the shipping provider and place of delivery.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kg.

Return Policy

Buyer may return an item if it has a technical or manufacturing defect within 5 business days from the delivery date in original packing. Once we recieve the packet, we will immediately ship you a replacement item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Customers can cancel their orders anytime before the product is shipped. In such case, a nominal transaction fee of 5% will be deducted to compensate for the charges. In case customer wants to cancel an order that has been shipped, a restocking fee of 15% will be applicable on the cancelled order.Ratetorate.in doesn't assume liability in any of the products sold.We ensure all our customers to do our best in case of any technical or manufacturing defect.

No interest can be claimed by the Buyer in case of a refund.You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of handing over your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.please indicate the reason for your return in a short note.We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

When you return your product, please indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the transaction number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier.
