        How do I place an Order?

        2. Click on the Add to Cart image
        3. If you need to add more products then click on "Continue Shopping"
        4. After you are done with adding products, click on "Check Out"
        5. If you are a returning customer just enter your user name and password.
        6. If you are a new customer, skip the step above and instead enter your name, address and other details 
        and click "Next"
        7. Click Next Again
        8. Select your payment method and click Next
        9. If you picked the Debit Card /Net Banking option it will take you to the Payment gateway website to complete your 
        order.
        10. If you had picked one of the other payment methods, then the process is complete, now just make your 
        payment by the method selected.

How do I cancel an order? 
        Kindly send us an e-mail with the order number. We will go ahead and cancel the same if it has not shipped yet.

How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?

        In most cases your user id is the same as your e-mail id. If that is  not the case then get in touch with us and we shall help locate it.

        What Cities do you deliver to?
        We use a variety of logistic companies that deliver to virtually most  parts of the country. Occasionally we will find a city that is not  served by the logistic companies. In such situations we can usually  send your package by Indian Postal Service.
       
        How long will it take for me to get delivery?
        Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery time will vary  based on your location. Most packages get delivered within 2-4 days.
       
        How do I track the exact delivery status?
        Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail informing you of the  courier company bringing your package and the AWB no. The package can  be tracked on the courier company's web site.
       
        During what hours of the day can I expect delivery?
        Deliveries are made during office hours 2pm to 8pm.
       
        What happens if I am not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?

        The courier will leave you a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery.
       
        Do I have to sign for the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it?

        People in your household can sign for the parcel but they will be asked for some proof of identification.
       
        What is Octroi and who pays for it?
        Octroi is a tax collected by the Government for goods entering in the  metros city limits. An Octroi charge has to be borne by the buyer. Such  a charge will be collected on delivery by the courier person. Please  note not all cities have such a charge.
       
        What is the Shipping Charge?

        Most of products have Free Shipping. Products having Free Shipping are  identified as such with the Free Shipping image in the product description.  Free shipping is not applicable for deliveries outside of India.
        For the items that have a shipping charge, it varies with the weight and type of product.

        How do I redeem a ratetorate.in Gift Coupon?
        During the check out process you will be asked to enter the coupon  code. After you do that the total amount due will reduce by the coupon  amount. 
       
       
        I have already sent the Payment for my Order? Have you received it?
        As soon as we receive your payment, a mail will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your payment.
       
       
        I tried to pay for the same order twice. Will I get charged twice?
      No you will only get charged once. If by any chance it did get charged twice, it will be refunded.
